We are open today and every day.

We are, as always, excited to make you an excellent hamburger, comprised of real, local ingredients. We raise the meat, we grind the meat, we hand-patty the meat, we bake the bun, we grow the beets, the beans, the herbs, our friend farmer brings the cheese, another brings the greens… this is good, this is how it should be. We are humbled to be a part of this, special community.

is made from what we raise and grow on our farm located a couple of miles from the restaurant. we buy some seafood and produce from local, fair and sustainable sources. we make all components of every plate in house or on the farm. the buns, the ketchup, the mustard, the pickles… we are a new, small business and hope you visit soon. thank you.
